Andrea is the Managing Broker at the Stark Company Realtors East office and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2011.  A firm believer in the “always learning” philosophy, she obtained her Broker’s license in 2013 along with her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) accreditations soon after. In her time as a Realtor® Andrea has helped hundreds of clients with buying and selling homes in the Dane County area.

Andrea currently serves on the WI Realtors Association Professional Standards and Ethics committee and has since 2013.  She was also selected to serve on the Professional Standards Work Group in 2016, which develops education guidelines for state/local Professional Standards training and reviews NAR Professional Standards revisions.  She also serves on Grievance panels and hearings as part of the state arbitration process for agents. 

As a result of her time on the Professional Standards and Ethics committee, Andrea was invited to teach Arbitration at the RASCW new member orientation (a required class for new agents), a volunteer position she has now held since 2022. She also serves on the Orientation committee with the RASCW.

In this market that we now find ourselves in, Andrea prides herself on thinking out of the box and finding creative solutions to help get the results you want. Customer service is something she feels very strongly about. Simply put, she treats her clients and customers how she would like and expects to be treated! A Southerner at heart, she prioritizes carrying on the South Louisiana tradition of providing “Lagniappe” (translation: a little something extra) every chance she gets. 

History and Home Life

Andrea grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and lived in both western and central New York before moving to Dane County in 2009. While in NY, she worked in television broadcasting for both the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bills among other organizations. John and Andrea have four kids: two of which have “flown the nest” and two who are in high school along with two dogs, and a paint horse (she mainly belongs to their youngest daughter). 

In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading, traveling, volunteering, interior design, and teaching their golden retriever Jack new tricks. She also loves attending sporting events, and concerts, as well as taking in all the fun that living in Wisconsin has to offer!
